The Hawksbill Beach has just over one hundred rooms, divided between 26 Garden Bubgalows on Sea Grapes Beach, which can take two adults and one child and 28 Superior Seaview Rooms in the two storey main buildings on the same beach, and they can accommodate two adults and two children. Add to this 19 Superior Seaview Bungalows on Sea Grapes Beach, which are smaller and have a maximum of two adults.

There are a total of 34 Beach Club Rooms of which 12 are located between Sea Grapes Beach and Honeymoon Cove, with room for two adults only, and 22 adjacent to Royal Palm beach which are big enough for two adults and two children.
